AEI completes the acquisition of T.H.E. Engineers, Inc., a civil engineering and environmental consulting firm based in Lexington. T.H.E. has provided structural and roadway design and environmental services to KYTC for more than three decades.

AEI has assisted KYTC and District 3 with many urban conversion projects in Bowling Green/Warren County and is extremely grateful to have been selected again for safety and mobility improvements for motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists along US-31W.

I-71 Roadway Safety Improvements
AEI leveraged years of I-65 and I-69 interstate and interchange experience for selection by KYTC for a project to improve the roadway geometrics on I-71 in Gallatin County. Excited to be kicking this off as our first KYTC project of 2019.
KYTC Selection for Leitchfield Bypass Phase II
AEI worked with KYTC and the City of Leitchfield for three years understanding the traffic and stakeholder needs stemming from significant manufacturing and quarry operations in the region. Our performance and tenacity was rewarded with selection for Phase II design of KY 3155 in Grayson County.
